AIA Chicago’s 2022 Lerch Bates People’s Choice Award WINNER

We are proud to announce that 34-TEN has been recognized by AIA Chicago for the third year in a row.

Our Haymarket Books project won the 2022 Lerch Bates People’s Choice Awards in the Retail and Hospitality category. We were up against strong and established competition, and we want to thank everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to vote for our project. As the old saying goes, great projects are the result of great clients. We also want to thank Haymarket Books for trusting us through the three years it took to bring a concept to reality.
